"Crowds were handled well"
It was definitely a busy night, but honestly... the lines moved better than I expected. The staff seemed to stay on top of things, and, yeah, it never really felt like it got too chaotic.

"Room cleaning was honestly disappointing"
I don’t know, the cleaning just really wasn’t great. There were dirty towels left in the room, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I kept expecting it to be taken care of, but it just… wasn’t. Disappointing overall.

"Not the relaxing spa day I expected"
I booked a massage here and ended up waiting about 40 minutes past my appointment time. When I asked about it, the staff’s tone made it seem like I was bothering them, or at least that’s how it came across. The room also didn’t feel very clean, which made it hard to relax. For the price, I expected a much calmer and more professional experience.

Booked through mgmresorts.com the room we got was kinda busted. The sink was draining crazy slow, and the shower handle felt like it was about to come off in my hand.

There was also this weird smell by the AC, which was not it, and one of the lamps didn’t even work. We called the front desk, but nobody showed up for hours, and when they finally responded, they basically just said maintenance was slammed.

For what we paid, it was super frustrating. I wasn’t expecting some flawless luxury setup, but come on, the basic stuff should at least work.

I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. I kept wondering if maybe my message didn’t go through or if I contacted the wrong place, but either way, nobody ever got back to me.

"We went to a couple of bars and..."
We went to a couple of bars and a club at MGM thinking it would be a fun night, but it just felt disappointing. The drinks were ridiculously expensive and barely tasted like they had anything in them, and the staff seemed annoyed anytime we asked a simple question.
The whole night felt confusing and kind of stressful, like once we were in the middle of it we were stuck spending more money just to keep going. Lines were unclear, cover charges seemed to change out of nowhere, and the vibe felt more like a cash grab than a good time. I wouldn’t plan another night out here.

"Nice staff, service was kind of just okay"
The staff was nice, so that was probably the best part for me. Check-in took a little longer than I expected, and a few of the workers seemed like they were in a hurry or not fully there, if that makes sense. But nobody was rude or anything. A couple people did help me out when I had basic questions, which I appreciated. Overall, it wasn't amazing service, but it wasn't bad either. Just kind of in the middle for me.

"I don’t know why my refund is taking so long"
I booked through mgmresorts.com and cancelled within the allowed time, but I still haven’t gotten my refund back. I don’t know why it’s taking this long, but every time I contact support they just tell me to wait a few more days. It’s been weeks at this point, and it’s really frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be booking through them again.

"Mostly clear, but not perfect"
The prices and fees did show up before checkout, which I appreciated because there weren’t any huge surprises at the end. That said, I still felt like I had to double-check everything to make sure I understood the total. Helpful overall, just not as straightforward as I hoped.

The restaurant itself looked really nice and had a good vibe, but the food was disappointing. It was quite bland, and considering the prices, I expected a lot more. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely didn’t feel worth what we paid.

MGM Rewards still help a little here and there, so I’m not saying it’s a scam, but the points definitely feel harder to actually use now. The perks just don’t seem as good as they used to be, which is kind of disappointing.

I booked the room thinking I knew what I was paying, and then suddenly the resort fees showed up at checkout like they were just waiting to catch me off guard. It felt sneaky, and I was left feeling like I got stuck paying extra for something that should’ve been clear from the start.

"Valet service was really a mess"
I used the valet at MGM it was really frustrating from the start. Even dropping the car off took longer than it should have, and it felt like nobody really knew where cars were supposed to go.

When I came back to pick it up, I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes. They kept saying it would just be a few more minutes, but nothing was happening. Other people around me were getting upset too, so it definitely wasn’t just me.

For what they charge, the whole thing should really run a lot smoother. Next time I’d rather just park myself and avoid the stress. It wasn’t worth it.

"I stayed in an MGM room it..."
I stayed in an MGM room it was not relaxing at all. The bed felt worn out, the pillows were basically flat, and the room stayed weirdly warm even with the AC turned way down. I could hear people in the hallway and the room next door for most of the night too. For what it cost, I literally expected a much more comfortable stay. I barely slept and woke up feeling exhausted.

I was disappointed with the accessibility setup. As someone needing wheelchair access, it felt like it hadn’t been properly thought through, which isn’t acceptable in my opinion. For the price and the way the place presents itself, I expected much better.

"Keeps freezing, so I don’t really trust it"
The app keeps freezing on me, and it makes me nervous to use it for anything important. I don’t want to risk losing progress or having it lock up when I actually need it. Right now it barely works reliably.

"Room was fine, but the extras were a letdown"
The room looked alright at first, but yeah, the amenities were disappointing. There wasn’t any decent coffee, the toiletries were really limited, and the TV was kind of a pain to use. For what I paid, I expected a bit more.
